Code of Conduct

Last updated: [DD MONTH 2026]

Bloc is a work-hard, no-ego space where everyone’s welcome. This code keeps it that way — for members, guests and the instructor alike.

1. Our vibe

Show up, work hard, feel good. We keep it human. Whatever your age, size, background or experience, you belong here — and we expect everyone to help keep the studio safe, inclusive and welcoming.

2. What we ask of you

  • ·Treat the instructor and other members with respect and courtesy.
  • ·Follow safety directions and studio guidelines.
  • ·Give others space and be mindful of noise, scents and phone use.
  • ·Be on time and communicate if plans change.
  • ·Look after the studio, the equipment and each other.

3. What we don't accept

  • ·Harassment, bullying, discrimination or intimidation of any kind.
  • ·Unwanted physical contact or comments about someone’s body.
  • ·Behaviour that’s unsafe, aggressive, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • ·Damaging property or ignoring reasonable safety instructions.

4. Photography & media

We sometimes take photos or video in the studio for social media and marketing. We’ll always ask before posting anything in which you’re clearly identifiable, and you can opt out at any time — just tell us. Please don’t film or photograph other members without their consent.

5. If things go wrong

We may ask someone to leave, or decline a booking, if their behaviour breaches this code or puts others’ safety or comfort at risk. Where that happens because of a breach, fees for that class may not be refunded — though this never overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Raising a concern

If something doesn’t sit right — whether it’s another member, the instructor, or the studio — please tell us. Email hello@blocpilates.com.au and we’ll acknowledge it within [NUMBER] days and work with you, confidentially, to resolve it. We take every concern seriously.

Prefer to escalate outside the studio? You can contact Consumer Protection WA about a service issue, or the relevant authority about a safety or discrimination concern.
