1. Cancelling or rescheduling a class
- ·Cancel or reschedule at least [12 / 24] hours before your class starts, and the class is returned to your account / membership to use again.
- ·Do this yourself in [Momence], or email us if you’re stuck.
2. Late cancellations
A “late cancel” is cancelling within [12 / 24] hours of the class. Because that spot usually can’t be re-filled at short notice:
- ·Membership members: the class is deducted / forfeited for that week.
- ·Casual & pack bookings: the class is forfeited, or a late-cancel fee of [$AMOUNT] applies.
3. No-shows
Not showing up without cancelling is a no-show. The class is forfeited and a no-show fee of [$AMOUNT (or “no fee”)] may apply. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to pre-book.
4. Waitlists
If a class is full you can join the waitlist in Momence. If a spot opens you’ll be notified and auto-booked [/ given NUMBER minutes to accept]. If you’re moved off the waitlist into a class, the standard cancellation window applies from that point.
5. When Bloc cancels a class
Occasionally we may need to cancel a class (illness, low numbers, equipment or a power issue). If we do, we’ll give you as much notice as possible and:
- ·your class credit is returned in full, and
- ·where a class is cancelled and not rescheduled, you can request a refund for that class.
6. Refunds & your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a remedy if a service isn’t delivered with due care and skill or as agreed.
- ·Change of mind: memberships, packs and casual classes are generally non-refundable for change of mind, but unused class credits can usually be used later, subject to expiry.
- ·Medical: if injury or illness stops you training, contact us — we may pause your membership or, with [medical evidence], offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
- ·Major problem with the service: you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Memberships, holds & cancelling
Pausing, holding and cancelling an ongoing membership are covered in the Membership Terms & Conditions.
