Website Terms
& Conditions

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These terms cover how you use the Bloc Pilates website and buy from it. Classes and memberships have their own Membership Terms & Conditions, and your information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
This website is operated by Ashly Claire Grabski (ABN 39 672 096 334), trading as Bloc Pilates, from 39 Fortescue Ave, Newman WA 6753. By using this site you agree to these terms.

1. Using this site

You may use this site for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please don’t misuse it — no attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfere with how it works, scrape it, or use it to send anything unlawful or harmful.

2. Booking classes

Class bookings, memberships and class payments happen on our booking platform, not on this site. When you tap a booking or membership button here you’re sent to that platform, and the booking is governed by our Membership Terms & Conditions and the platform’s own terms.

3. Buying grip socks online

Grip socks are sold through this site and paid for on a hosted checkout page — we never see or store your card details. When you place an order:

  • ·Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Grip socks are $20 a pair, or 2 pairs for $35.
  • ·Postage is $8, and free on orders over $70. We ship within Australia only.
  • ·Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you and refund you in full.
  • ·Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your socks are faulty, not as described, or don’t do what we said they would, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund — email us and we’ll sort it out. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on socks once the packaging is opened.

4. Accuracy of what's on the site

We keep timetables, prices and class information as accurate and current as we can, but they can change — the booking platform is always the source of truth for what’s actually available. Anything on this site about training, movement or health is general information, not medical advice.

5. Intellectual property

The Bloc Pilates name, logo, photography, copy and design are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

6. Third-party links

This site links to third-party services — our booking platform, our payment provider and Instagram among them. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or their terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site, or from it being unavailable or containing an error. Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees or other rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the “last updated” date above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
